Our coalitions works hand-in-hand with our PBM partner to achieve a smooth and flawless implementation and ongoing plan administration. Caremark will assign a dedicated Implementation Project Leader who will oversee the implementation process from start to finish.

During the implementation process, we will:

• Gain a complete understanding of the current plan and identify expectations for WisconsinRx/National CooperativeRx
• Provide consultative support to ensure our plan to meet your needs, objectives and expectations
• Establish a plan for communicating benefits of joining to plan participants
• Ensure plans and their advisors have a full understanding of all the programs and benefits available to you
• Understand preferences for data reporting and analytics
